So I made these for breakfast. Since having the ALCAT test done and finding out that I'm intolerant of a lot of major ingredients I used to use I've basically become vegan. Except for pork. And turkey. And some fishes. Ok, so basically no wheat, honey, eggs, chicken, beef and some other fishes..... Ok, so it's more complicated than that.
Anyhow, I used this recipe with no major modifications except, as you can see, I'm a drop biscuit maker. I just don't have enough time to spend rolling things out first thing in the morning - though I guess I could give it a try like that after work.
